A level 1 bit, for everyday work. The roller in the centre gives a busy or mouthy horse something to occupy itself with, which is often the difference between a young horse fussing at the bit and settling into it. The extra break spreads pressure across the tongue rather than loading one point. Sweet iron and copper together encourage salivation. Dee rings sit flat and will not pull through the mouth.
